The first session is an invitation to slow down and be heard. You'll have the chance to share your story, what's been going on, and what brought you here. It's also your opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how I work and to see if it feels like the right fit.
There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. Showing up is enough.

You can expect me to show up as both a therapist and a human being. I'll meet you with honesty, empathy, and zero judgment. And my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.
-
Both. I see clients in person at my office in Tustin, CA and also offer telehealth appointments for those who prefer to meet remotely or have scheduling constraints.

Therapy is a collaborative process and not every therapist is the right match for every client. If at any point it doesn't feel like the right fit, I'll help connect you with someone who better matches your needs. What matters most is that you get the support you're looking for.
