California Privacy Rights

Depending on the size and nature of my practice, I may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). To the extent applicable, California residents may have the right to:

California residents may also file a complaint with the California Attorney General's office if they believe their privacy rights have been violated.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, this website does not currently respond to Do Not Track requests.

Children's and Minors' Privacy

This website is intended for individuals age 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 and are interested in services, please have a parent or legal guardian contact me directly on your behalf rather than submitting the contact form yourself.

California Services

Psychotherapy services offered through this practice are available only to individuals who are physically located in the State of California at the time services are provided. Services are provided in accordance with applicable California laws and regulations governing the practice of clinical social work.

Information submitted through this website, including the contact form, does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after an initial consultation, completion of all required intake documentation, and mutual agreement to begin treatment.

I reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
