Compassionate Support, Lasting Healing
Find the Right Path for You

Bloom Within Collective 3 butterfly butterfly detail.

Healing isn't one-size-fits-all.
The way we work together depends entirely on you:
your story, your goals, your pace.

What you'll find below are the ways we can work together, each one designed to meet you where you are and take you somewhere better.

If you're not sure where to start, that's okay. We'll figure it out together.

Individual Therapy

Build a life that feels good

You don't need a breaking point to start therapy. Whether you're working through old wounds, stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, or just tired of feeling like you're not fully living — this is where we start to change that. Each session is collaborative, paced to you, and built around what you actually need.

Couples Therapy

Find your way back to each other

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of joy, but sometimes they can be our greatest source of pain. Whether you're in crisis, feeling disconnected, or just not finding your way back to each other, couples therapy creates a space where both of you can be honest and heard.

EMDR

Heal the memories still running the show

Some experiences leave a mark that talking alone can't reach. EMDR is a highly researched, powerfully effective approach that helps your brain process and release painful memories — so they stop controlling your present.

Walk, Talk & Integrate

Move your body, clear your mind

For some people, sitting across from a therapist in an office is the hardest part. Walk, Talk & Integrate™ takes the session outdoors — to a local park, trail, or beach — where movement and nature create a different kind of openness.

INTENSIVE

Go deeper, faster

Sometimes weekly sessions aren't enough, or just aren't possible. EMDR Intensives condense weeks or months of trauma work into focused, extended sessions so you can make meaningful progress without the long gaps in between.
