2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

A therapeutic relationship is established only after an initial consultation, completion of all required intake documentation, and mutual written or verbal agreement to begin treatment.
3. Emergency Situations
The Website is not monitored for emergencies and is not intended for use in a crisis.

Psychotherapy services offered through this Practice are available only to individuals who are physically located in the State of California at the time services are provided, in accordance with California law governing the practice of clinical social work. The Website is intended for individuals age 18 and older.

By using the Website, you agree that you will not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website
